HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
You can register directly through our website on the Upcoming Classes page. Once you check out you'll receive a confirmation email and your online course voucher within 24 hours.
HOW MUCH DOES A CLASS COST?
Pricing varies depending on certification type. All costs are listed clearly on each class page and during registration.
WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY RED CROSS VOUCHER?
Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll get it resent right away.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
All registrations are non-refundable. If your plans change, you may reschedule your class up to 48 hours before your scheduled session, as long as space is available.
Signal & Field may cancel a class if minimum enrollment isn’t met. If that happens, you can choose a full refund or move to another available date.
Please note that same-day cancellations, no-shows, and students who haven’t completed the American Red Cross required online portion before class time are not eligible for rescheduling.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS
WHERE IS CLASS HELD?
Classes are held at the Fireplace Room inside Coosawattee River Resort, 634 Beaver Lake Drive, Ellijay, GA, 30540. Your confirmation email will include the address and any parking or entry details.
HOW LONG IS THE IN-PERSON SESSION?
Session length varies by course type and class size. Exact times are listed on each course page.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to kneel, move, and perform hands-on practice on the floor. All training materials and equipment are provided.
WILL I NEED TO PASS A SKILLS TEST?
For American Red Cross certification courses, yes. Certification requires demonstrating each skill correctly during the session. Requirements for other training formats vary by course.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes cannot be admitted. You can reschedule into a future class.
CERTIFICATION & RED CROSS DETAILS
HOW LONG IS MY CERTIFICATION VALID?
Most American Red Cross certifications are good for two years, but not all. Be sure to check each class and add-on certification specifically for details.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CERTIFICATION CARD?
Your certificate is delivered digitally by email through the American Red Cross system. You can also access it anytime by logging into your Red Cross account.
WHAT IF I NEED A REPLACEMENT OR UPDATED CERTIFICATION CARD?
You can download or reprint your certificate anytime from your American Red Cross account. If you have trouble accessing it, Contact Us and we can help guide you.

ON-SITE TRAINING
DO YOU OFFER ON-SITE OR PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES?
We bring certification and readiness training directly to your team (at your location or ours). We work with businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations across North Georgia.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I NEED FOR A GROUP CLASS?
Group training is available for four or more participants.
HOW DOES GROUP PRICING WORK?
Pricing is based on group size, course selection, and location. On-site sessions at your facility are often the most cost-effective option. Send us your group size and location and we'll get you exact pricing.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE ELLIJAY / NORTH GEORGIA?
We typically travel anywhere within a two-hour radius of Ellijay. If you're outside that range or have a special request, reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
