REGISTRATION AND REFUNDS

All class registrations are non-refundable.

Once a seat is reserved, that space is held specifically for you and cannot be refunded if you are unable to attend.

RESCHEDULING

If your plans change, you may reschedule your class up to 48 hours before your scheduled session, provided space is available in a future class.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class time cannot be accommodated.

SAME DAY CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOWS

The following are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds:

• Same-day cancellations

• No-shows

• Students who have not completed the required online portion (for blended courses) before class time

These situations result in forfeiture of the registration fee.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS BY SIGNAL & FIELD

Signal & Field reserves the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollment requirements are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances.

If we cancel a class, you will be given the option to:

• Receive a full refund, or

• Transfer your registration to another available class date
